SELKIRK – Casper L. Kubisch, 91, entered eternal life Monday, February 04, 2013.  Casper, better known to his friends as “Bud” was a WWII Army Veteran.  He drove a concrete truck for Ready Mix for 25 years and retired from the Town of Bethlehem Highway Department after 10 years of service. 

     Bud was an avid bowler in several leagues, loved to travel, and enjoyed his garden.  Bud spent many hours at Stewarts in Selkirk with his many friends.

     Bud was predeceased by his wife, Cora Kubisch.

     Survivors include his children, Joanne Hornberger (Phil), John Kubisch (Nadine) and James Kubisch (Claudia);  grandchildren, Jennifer, Rob, Joe, John, Zeke, Jed and Luke;  and six great-grandchildren.

     Funeral services will be held 3 PM Thursday, February 7th at the South Bethlehem Methodist Church.  Burial will be in the spring.  Friends may call at the church prior to the service starting at 1 PM.  Contributions in memory of Bud may be made to the South Bethlehem United Methodist Church, 67 Willowbrook Ave., South Bethlehem, NY 12161.
