BALTIMORE – Kenneth “Kenny” Patrick Lemley, 54, a longtime resident
of Hannacroix, died Monday, July 25, 2016 at the Hospice Inn in St.
Peter’s Hospital with his loving family by his side. Kenny was born
April 2, 1962 in Albany, son of Geraldine and Kenneth Lemley. He
attended the former Our Lady of Angels School, Albany High School
and graduated from Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School in 1980.
Kenny worked for MiltonCAT of Clifton Park since 1984 and was a
longtime member of the Upstate New York Operating Engineers Local
158, formerly Local 106 of Glenmont. He married Barbara (O’Neill)
Lemley on April 6. 1985.
Kenny was a true outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and hunting. He will
especially be remembered for his kind heart and generous spirit.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Barbara; his son, Evan
(Sara) Lemley of Billerica, MA; his daughters, Jordan (Vin) Lemley
of Altamont and Sarah Lemley of Hannacroix; his grandchildren,
Chloe and Killian Lemley, and Hayden Lemley and Vincent Castelli;
his mother, Geraldine (Burns) Lemley of Selkirk; his brothers,
Richard (Anne) Lemley of Grand Junction, CO and Gerald (Ann) of
Waterford; his sisters, Sue Lemley of Castleton, and Kathleen
Lemley of Selkirk; and his many nieces and nephews. Ken was
predeceased in death by his father, Kenneth Lemley and his nephew,
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Babcock Funeral
Home, Ravena on Saturday July 30th from 12 to 4 PM. A brief prayer
service will follow.
