RAVENA – James S. Maki, Jr., 34, passed away suddenly April 2, 2016 in Vermont spending time with his sister.  Jimmy enjoyed cutting wood, working and joking with his father, football (He’s been a Bengals fan since 6 years old – Loves his Orange), basketball, horse racing and most of all, his family.  He was proud of his family and shared special moments every opportunity he had!  TT was cherished by his nieces and nephew and enjoyed traveling to visit and spend time with them.  He enjoyed life, loved to laugh, enjoyed making others happy and lived to love.  Jimmy enjoyed small talk with anyone and could put a smile on everyone’s face.  Jimmy had a love for music and dancing at social gatherings, especially when they involved his family.  Jimmy had a heart of gold and left a lasting impression on anyone who spoke with him.  He enjoyed spending time with his Aunt Gloria and Uncle Donald Maki at the Racino and Turning Stone.  He also loved spending time with his Uncle Bruce and Aunt Nancy Maki betting horses at OTB.  He couldn’t wait to collect his earnings.

Jimmy is survived by his father, James S. Maki, Sr.;  sisters, Amy, Ashley and Aubrey (James Burton);  nieces, Chloe Pauly, Shelby Riley, Abigail Maki-Davis, Mackayla and Mya Burton;  nephew, Jonathan Burton;  and many aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends and loved ones.  Jimmy was predeceased by his loving mother, Joanna Eissing Maki who is waiting to welcome him to his heavenly home.
